Smoke Alarms

IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE HARDWIRED SMOKE ALARMS

Add Wireless Smoke Alarm to Existing Hardwired System 

• Hardwired & Wireless “Bridge” Smoke Alarm (Installed): $80 1

1 This allows you to add wireless smoke alarms to existing wired alarms and have them all sound at the same time and act as one system (the safest configuration).  One "bridge" alarm is required and replaces one of your hardwired alarms.

Fire Safety Equipment

• Medium ABC Extinguisher (refillable): $75

• Large ABC Extinguisher (refillable): $89

Fire Escape Ladder (as add-on to another service):

• 2 Story escape ladder: $60

• 3 Story escape ladder: $139

Fire Prevention and Maintenance Services

Whole home annual maintenance packages: 

Includes smoke and CO alarm cleaning, testing, and battery replacement

• Each  Alarm: $10

• Add Whole Home Fire Safety Inspection: $59

Full home fire safety inspection:

• As add-on to another service: $59

• Single service call: $149

Additional fees:

• Service Fee - Each service appointment requires a $149 trip service fee. 

• Special Orders - Requests for equipment that is not on our standard price list must be special ordered. The customer agrees to pay a deposit of 15% of special equipment costs.

• High ceiling additional fee: $199 + $10 per alarm over 15 feet 5

• Furniture moving fee: TBD by technician 6

• Travel time outside service area (west Phoenix metro): $99 per hour in 15 min increments. We will let you know if this fee applies when we book your appointment.

5 Any service on equipment higher than 15 feet from floor, or equipment located above uneven floor or stairs. Customer must disclose equipment higher than 15 feet or the technician may not be able to perform service and other fees may apply. 

6 Technicians require a clear floor area approximately 5 foot by 5 foot directly under each ceiling mounted alarm, or 6 foot by 6 foot if ceiling is higher than 10 feet. If the technician is required to move furniture, additional fees may apply. If you think you need help moving furniture, please let us know when we book your appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
