No "it depends," no surprises at the door. Here's exactly what a visit costs — and you'll have your full number in writing before we ever ring the doorbell.
1
Tell us what's going on
Call, text, or email — chirping, false alarms, an aging system, or you'd just like it all checked.
2
We build your quote
One written number: the service fee, any travel to your address, and the alarms we recommend.
3
You approve, we schedule
Evenings and weekends welcome. The number you approved is the number you pay.
If something is unclear, we will always give you a best-case and worst-case scenario so there are no surprises when we arrive.
Two numbers get an expert to your door. Everything after that is the alarms and equipment you choose.

Ask about our senior and military discounts when you call. We take multiple payment options, evening and weekend appointments never cost extra, and every number is in writing before we schedule.
Why is there a service fee?
The $149 service fee covers a trained fire-safety specialist, professional testing equipment, and a fully stocked truck so the job finishes in one trip — plus the first hour of travel.
How do travel fees work?
The first hour of travel is included in the service fee. Only if your address requires more than one hour of travel do we add travel at $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments — and we calculate it to your address and quote it before you book. The number we quote is the number you pay. You will never pay for extra time we may have to sit in traffic.
Can the price change once you're at my house?
Your written quote is the price. It only changes if you decide to add work on the spot or something turns out differnt than described, like the count of alarms. We'll quote any changes for your approval before beginning work.
Why we post our prices (when nobody else seems to)
It's simple: when we are shopping for a product we want to know the price up-front and hate surprises. We think you deserve the same. We encourage you to check prices against ours. We believe our prices are fair, so we're not afraid to share them.
Quotes are free, and so is asking. Evenings and weekends welcome.
